We kindly inform that on 25 June, upon PWEA application, non-governmental organisations and a group of renewable energy experts issued an appeal to Prime Minister Donald Tusk asking him for intervention concerning the development of the National Renewable Energy Action Plan (NREAP).
Ministry of Economy published the draft on 25 May, requesting remarks to the draft to be submitted by 11 June. Most organisations, including those signing this Appeal, submitted very negative opinions listing not only a number of substantive errors, but also emphasizing non-compliance with the standards for a NREAP template determined in the Directive. To date no meeting summarising the remarks submitted were held; therefore, the public consultation procedure has not been formally completed. Moreover, nobody in the Ministry of Economy is willing to provide information concerning the further course of NREAP development.
