The Energy Regulatory Office has announced the indexed substitution fee to be applied in the calculations concerning fulfilment of the obligation referred to in Article 9a(1) and Article 9a(2) of the Energy Law in year 2010.
In conjunction with the Announcement of the President of the Central Statistical Office dated 14 January 2010 concerning the consumer price index for year 2009 the substitution fee in 2010 after indexation amounts to PLN 267.95.
